Well, some of the missing TNA audience was found. Thursday's Impact replay *also* drew a 1.0.

You have to figure there was some overlap from TNA fanboyz... so it's not a real 2.0 combined figure... maybe 1.6 or 1.7?

Anyway, that'd be a sort-of good sign... now they have to train the Thursday audience to go to Mondays so Spike can repurpose the Thursday timeslot... :)

Masoli suspended for entire season (he has a redshirt year available), James and Beard both suspended for the season opener (New Mexico) at a minimum.

All three can practice with the team, just not suit up for those stated game(s).

38% shooting, 29% from three, 65% on FT's, 6/11 Assist/TO ratio.... against a freaking jobber. Scheyer tosses up 17 shots, has three assistst.

There's a trainwreck ass kicking waiting for us in the NCAA's. Someone is just going to pound the living shit out of us when we play this poorly. Or, we'll do it in the early rounds and get run by a low seed.

The English Premier League announce the start of their own TV Network for territories outside of the UK starting in August: http://af.reuters.com/article/sportsNews/idAFJOE61Q01O20100227

My guess is that Fox Soccer + will probably be the carrier of this new network with the channel using Premier League programming as the skeleton of their TV schedule with interruptions for the sports inventory they have rights to. FS+ wouldn't have to air repeats of Sky Sports News, Fox Soccer Report, and other programming that has already aired on FSC like they currently do.

EPLtalk.com reported that ESPN will have the rights to 83 Premiership Games next season: http://www.epltalk.com/espn-reaches-deal-to-show-more-premier-league-games-in-u-s-exclusive/15705

I believe Oliver Tse formerly of soccertv.com posts on bigsoccer.com as Huhe888 speculated this is how the TV landscape will look for futbol fans with for next season in terms of ESPN2, FSC, and FS+. All times eastern.

- ESPN2 to have EPL matches on Saturdays at 7:45am, 1st pick on Saturdays at 10am , 1st pick on Sundays before 8am, and 1st pick of EPL matches for each round played during mid-week

- FSC to have EPL matches on Saturdays at 12:15pm or 12:30pm, 3rd pick on Saturdays at 10:00am, 1st pick on Sundays after 10:00am, and an EPL match during mid-week after ESPN2 and FS+ make their picks.

- FSN to have 1st pick of UEFA Champions League matches on Tuesdays and FSC to have 1st pick of UEFA Champions League matches on Wednesdays.

- FSC to have Serie A matches on Saturdays at 2:45pm, Sundays at 2:45pm, plus 2nd pick (or 1st pick) on Sundays at 10:00am.

FS+ would be left with:

2nd pick of EPL matches on Saturdays at 10:00am (plus tape-delayed coverage of 4th and 5th picks), plus 2nd pick of matches for each round played during mid-week (after ESPN2 makes its pick)

12 Monday night EPL matches

2nd pick of UEFA Champions League matches through the quarterfinal round (some if not all of which will eventually air on FSC via tape-delay)

Serie A matches on Saturdays at 12pm, Sundays at 6:30am, and either 1st pick (or 2nd pick) on Sundays at 9:00am.

As a United fan I would love it if the schedule broke this way as the only way a United game would air on FS+ would be if United had a game at 10am on Saturday Morning against a jobber team at the same time as a clash of the Big 4 teams against each other which ESPN 2 might pick over a United game or if they play on a Monday.

It won the DGA, and the DGA winner's movie *always* gets nominated (and the Director has only failed twice... and one was a strange bit of anti-Spielberg backlash).

Won the WGA.

It won a slew of Film Critics awards that are often good guide for the non-blockbusters getting run: Los Angeles Film Critics Association, National Society of Film Critics and New York Film Critics Circle Awards. Those aren't always locks to get nominated, but far more exceptions than rules. The NSFC is a little more bold in their picks, especially with foreign-language pictures winning. But winning it in addition to the others is a sign.

With 5 movies, Up would have been stuck in Animated. We don't really know (sadly) how close it was, and if those three were 1-2-3.

eBay Meg is running one of the dumbest campaigns across the country, which is saying something.

Both she and HP Carley are candidates of the Establishment Coporate Wing of the GOP (much like DiFi is the long time favorite of the Establishment Coporate Wing of the Dems in this state). And both seem to think they can basically buy their elections.

Ironically, they've picked the wrong year to run with these teabaggers running all over the place. Meg and Carley are mouthing all the right GOP words and in such a way that is often successful in Cali (which I've said a dozen times is vastly *less* liberal than folks think when it comes to elections). The problem is that the GOP here in Cali like much of the rest of the country is getting more batshit crazy extreme. So both are getting opposed to the extreme right.

Meg is stepping on her cock (in a military way) left and right. Carley hasn't done it a ton yet, but anyone who saw her during the McCain campaign knows that she's politically always a few steps from putting her foot in her mouth with The Base.

The latest example of Meg thinking that she can simply buy and glide her way to the nomination:

Rather than start another thread, it appears as if its a matter of time before Warrior is announced in the HOF. He was included in the opening WWE montage replacing Flair. And he was referenced for the first time in years, during an HHH promo. He wasnt mentioned by name but that means something could be up as he avoids a Savageesque exile.

But it also wouldnt shock me if they still do the guest host deal, that Warrior would host an episode of RAW. It would probably never happen but still desperate times call for desperate measures with the WWE.

Also considering what a massive gravytraining posse that AI has had going on for years (including the one who went to the slammer covering for AI's ass and you *know* the "deal" was that AI would take care of him down the road), lord knows how much of that $153,303,265 (through 2009) is left relative to his debts.

A good article on how teams you would expect to take advantage of this uncapped year like the Cowboys and Skins have been largely quiet.

of course things could change between now and the end of the free agent run, but so far we havent see many Yankeesque manuevers by teams. Signing every player they can.
