The Celtics come from 17 down and stun the Warriors, in a possible 2018 NBA Finals. What a team. 14 in a row.

The Marcus Smart experience in a nutshell. 1 point. Terrible shooting. And he was + 13, and good defense.

Fun, exciting game. The Celts made great comebacks in both the 2nd and 3rd quarters. You don't see too many 19-0 runs against the Dubs.

It's just one play among many, but I really question the Dubs taking a quick mid-range 2 pointer when they had the ball down 2 with 14 seconds left. This is an issue that Bob Voulgaris and Nate Duncan make quite often. The math suggests that trying to win the game with a 3 pointer is the better play.

So this is the year of the 20+point lead being blown. This time, the Thunder had a 23 point lead and they lost to the Spurs.

it is a little troubling though that Kawai is still out. With him, they're a top 2 or 3 team in the West.

There were at least two more of these games the last couple of days. On Friday, the Pacers beat the Pistons after being down 22 points in the 3rd quarter. Yesterday, the Dubs beat The Process after being down by 24, helped by a 47-15 3rd quarter.

I've seen 4 NBA games this week, and all 4 were monster come from behind wins.

I didnt enjoy this one though. Was rooting for Philly. Lots of promise neverthless.

The biggest win of the year for the Thunder as they blew out the Warriors. Each member of the big 3 had a outstanding game. Like I said, they need some time to gel, but if they have games like tonight, they'll be as advertised.

Perhaps one of the biggest names to move in-season, could be Marc Gasol of the Grizzlies:

Perhaps he could be key to the Cavs, who need a big man or two.

edit: and now the grizzlies fired David Fizdale. What a fall for them. He was doing so well for them last year.

The Thunder are still under .500. They lose by 13 to Charlotte. And that wasnt a good way to kick off a week that's not like any other. In that Paul George and Melo have their homecomings this week. Against teams that have improved with them gone. Esp. the Pacers. Oladipo is having an all-star type season.

This is an amazing table. Literally every Nuggets player has a positive net rating when not playing with Emmanuel Mudiay, and a negative rating when they do. The Nuggets decided to waive Jameer Nelson before the season started in order to play Jamal Murray and Mudiay. With Nelson playing well for the Pelicans, I wonder how Michael Malone feels about that decision now.

They were 2-1 with wins over the Pacers (Paul George got heavily booed)and a triple-OT game over the 76ers. But they lost tonight on Melo's homecoming to a Porzingis-less Knicks.

They need to get that 4th or even 5th seed in order to avoid a 1st round series against the Warriors/Rockets/Spurs. With the West more wide open than it has in several years, its important that the Thunder start getting it together, before they have another early departure from the postseason.
