Died Wednesday; the New York Times has published an article documenting she could have died of "a broken heart" and establishing the medical validity of such an event:

Her daughter Carrie Fisher officially died one day earlier. Debbie's son Todd Fisher claims Debbie died of a stroke. There is no official cause of death at this time.

At this hour, it's the lead story in the Los Angeles Times (includes obituary):

The Los Angeles Times quoted an Associated Press report that Reynolds and Carrie Fisher will be buried together. The funeral will be private. The source for the information is Todd Fisher.

Them Hollywoodland folks is strange and I guess I don't understand mother-daughter relationships.
